McKinney’s 107th Anniversary Celebration
For 107 years, God has carried this church down the field through every season. Now it is time to celebrate the legacy, memories and the future.
The theme this year is “If These Wall Could Talk… to the Next Generation.” If these walls could talk, they would tell stories of faith, perseverance, worship, and God’s amazing power through generations.
For 107 years, these walls have witnessed prayers, tears, triumphs, baptisms, weddings, homegoing’s, storms and countless testimonies of God’s faithfulness. If these walls could talk, they would tell a story of generations who trusted God, served faithfully, and built a legacy that continues today.
The Anniversary Celebration will be September 20, 2026, at 3:00pm with the Rev. Emanuel Echols of St. James UMC -Beaumont and Salem UMC – Orange bringing the message.
The Anniversary Special Giving is $200.00 per member which goes to help the operations of the church and its ministries. You can also participate in the following giving campaigns:
- Legacy Display Wall – where you can purchase an 8×10 colored photo spot that will be displayed in the fellowship hall
- Commitment Pledge Grid – where you can pledge from $5.00 to $107. The goal is to raise $1000.00. You can access forms below:
